One of the factors that draw me to World Vision is that their assistance extends to all people, regardless of religious beliefs, gender, or ethnic background.

• Global Issues Engaging a worldwide AIDS Hope Initiative of prevention and care, especially for widows, orphans, and vulnerable children, that brings a compassionate Christian response to the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

  Today, we rarely see the needs of children up close

  Too many of us have become hardened to the pictures on TV showing starving children staring back at us. It has become easier for us to just turn the channel and block out the Needs of Children around the world.

  With our new cars and perfectly manicured lawns, we have been hardened to the suffereing of children around the world.

  Innocent children unable to care for, or protect themselves are being brought into a world where starvation, violence and hopelessness is simply A way of Life.

  Won't you please find the compassion within yourself and help bring relief to one child.

  Our own children learn valuable lessons from their parents. Wouldnt it be nice to instill a giving, sharing heart within your own child.
